Return And Refund Policy

  1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Equi Aqua by both private consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
  1. Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after the day of receiving the product.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Equi Aqua in writing within 14 days of receipt via info@equi-aqua.com.
  3. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days to the return address provided by Equi Aqua.

 

  1. Conditions for Return
  1. The product may only be unpacked and inspected to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
  2. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
  3. Connection to a water supply, installation in a stable environment, or actual operational use of the system shall be considered as putting the product into use.
  4. The product must be returned completely empty, dry, clean and free from dirt, manure residue, limescale, corrosion or any other signs of use.
  5. If upon inspection the product:
    • has been put into use;
    • shows signs of installation or operation;
    • is contaminated or not properly cleaned;
    • is damaged;

Equi Aqua reserves the right to apply a reasonable depreciation deduction to the refund.

  1. If the product has been used or altered to such an extent that it can no longer be resold as new, Equi Aqua may refuse a full or partial refund to the extent permitted by law.

 

  1. Return Shipping and Risk
  1. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  2. The risk of return shipment remains with the customer until the product has been received by Equi Aqua.
  3. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured shipping service.

 

  1. Refunds
  1. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refundable amount will be reimbursed within 14 days.
  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Standard outbound shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required.

 

  1. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Business customers (B2B);
  • Products made to customer specifications;
  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned to new condition after use;
  • Products that have been installed or put into operational use.

Business customers may only return products after prior written approval from Equi Aqua.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  1. Any visible transport damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
  2. In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Equi Aqua will, at its discretion, repair, replace or provide an appropriate solution.
